Description

The Makita GA013GZ is a powerful yet user-friendly angle grinder that uses your existing XGT 40Vmax lithium-ion battery that is suitable for more demanding applications that can continuously perform heavy-duty cutting and grinding.

It features a brushless motor for better efficiency, an electric brake, soft start and on/off paddle switch. It has a protective cover that that requires no tools to adjust. The Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT) switches off the machine for safety when it detects an abrupt reduction in speed or when the grinder has clamped in the material to help minimise injuries.

The XGT battery system is new and adds further value to the Makita range as one of the best on the market, which makes the range ideal for professionals and power users alike. The batteries are equipped with resilience to withstand splashes or spraying of water from any angle. The charging system of the XGT allows batteries to be charged in as little as 28 minutes.
