Description
The Makita DTM51Z is a multi-functioning tool that is powered by an 18V Li-ion battery (sold separately). It is based on the DTM50 but allows tool-less blade and accessory changes for improved ease-of-use. It has a terrific high efficiency with up to 20,000 oscillations per minute, permitting it to cut through a diverse range of materials safely and easily. These materials include plasterboard, ceramic tiles, metal and wood. It can also flush cut nails and metal pipework.
It has a variable speed control dial for improved precision, soft start, anti-restart functionality and warns when the attached battery is nearly empty.
